I've spent my career as a software engineer across InsurTech, HealthTech, and more. I led an engineering team for a couple of years, and while I stepped back from management, I've kept the parts I loved: mentoring others, and building things that matter.
A bit about me
I've spent my career building software at the intersection of complex industries and real human problems. InsurTech, HealthTech, food logistics. Different problems, same instinct: find what's broken and fix it properly. I've led engineering teams, shipped products used by thousands, and learned what it takes to go from idea to production.
For a couple of years I moved into engineering management in InsurTech. I'm glad I did it. I loved the people side, and mentoring others is something I genuinely enjoy and still do. But I missed building things, so I stepped back into individual contributor work. Now I spend my time solving problems, and on the side I'm building recruitment technology, because hiring is still broken in ways that software hasn't properly fixed yet.
What I'm building
Job boards, candidate applications, and job alert tracking, all managed from a simple dashboard. Recruitment companies can set up their brand, copy, and live jobs in minutes with no technical knowledge needed.
